doritos are #1 on the list. but i have to aviod any kind of chips really. chips are my junk food of choice.
then comes the candy that stares you down while you wait to check out...
and i can't even go near the ben & jerry's section of the freezer. :X

last night. ugh.
What are some charitable causes that you support or would like to support?
well, my inner-activist really kicks in when it comes to helping animals. i'm a member of both the ASPCA and the RISPCA, & in the past year i've donated around $140 to these two organizations. i would like to get more involved with RISPCA though. maybe i could volunteer to walk dogs or something. i've also donated to PETA before too. and i'm vegetarian, which isn't exactly an organization, but i do think it is a charitable cause.
and on that note, i'm hitting the hay. goodnight everyone :)
oh and p.s. - it's april fools day, don't forget! trickery abounds so don't be fooled!! :p

i really like this qotd stuff. it's a good way to pick your brain if you can't think of anything else to write.
i least enjoy doing laundry, it's probably because i dont have a washer and dryer at the apartment, so i have to go to the laundromat up the road. laundry is so easy too; i'm sure if i had a more accessible [and cheaper! grumble grumble] means of doing my laundry i wouldn't mind it so much. i also find that i have a hard time forcing myself to wash the dishes. but i'd rather do that than laundry.
my favorite chore is vacuuming. it just seems really peaceful and meditative to me [seriously!] i have to vaccuum the restaurant if i close, and something about the act of vaccuuming just puts me in a trancelike state. you can think a lot while you vaccuum [seeing as the damn thing is so loud that you can't focus on anything else]. call me crazy, but i really like that.
in other news, i stumbled upon a cool website posted in a livejournal community. two ladies take a photo every morning, without discussing the subject/content, and they post them together in a photo blog. it's really cool.
